Sometimes you need a backup way to reach your clients, or they might simply prefer a phone call instead of a video call. For these situations you can now easily collect phone numbers with your session bookings.
Simply enable it for any service, series or a specific group session:

The trigger for an email would be f.eks 6th lesson in a package. After the 6th lesson from a package - send e-mail to me to ask the client if they want to continue. After the 9th lesson - automatic survey is sent.

Package workflows support conditional actions: you can specify how many sessions should be booked or still outstanding before triggering an action, so you can automate your packages from the start till the end.
Package workflows are available on all plans, and users on Growth and Pro plans can run multiple workflows at the same time.
It is now easy to run fine-tuned promotions for your services and offer personalized discounts. Simply set precise limits on your discount codes, and Introwise will take care of checking those during checkout.
Only allow redeeming a discount code by a certain client (email address). Could help avoid discount codes abuse when a unique code meant for a particular client is shared with someone else.

Sometimes an expert might want to limit the discount code to a particular service. E.g. there is promotion for a certain high-value service only, or to give existing users an opportunity to get an extra session of a specific service for free, etc.

Discount codes are available to everyone on Growth and Pro plans.
It's now easy to switch the location of a session after it has already been booked - simply click the Change location button in the Manage section of your session's dashboard.
Introwise will automatically use the new location for that session so you don't need to worry about sending your clients the correct link to the call.

Now you can set custom scheduling rules for specific services that will override your default rules.
Need more time for preparation before your coaching calls? Set a larger minimum notice for this specific service. Your discovery calls tend to run over time? Adjust the buffer time just for them to give you a little wiggle room.
Where it comes especially useful is limiting the number specific sessions per week. If you offer some services pro-bono, but don't want this work to fill up your schedule, simply set the frequency limit for such sessions.

Be in control of your workload with new frequency limits scheduling rules. Set how many sessions you allow per day or week and Introwise will automatically mark dates as unavailable when your workload hits this limit.
