  1. 📅 Customizable scheduling rules per service

    Improvement

    Now you can set custom scheduling rules for specific services that will override your default rules.

    Need more time for preparation before your coaching calls? Set a larger minimum notice for this specific service. Your discovery calls tend to run over time? Adjust the buffer time just for them to give you a little wiggle room.

    Where it comes especially useful is limiting the number specific sessions per week. If you offer some services pro-bono, but don't want this work to fill up your schedule, simply set the frequency limit for such sessions.

    Scheduling rules customization is available to everyone on Growth and Pro plans.

  2. 📅 Daily and weekly session limits

    New Feature

    Be in control of your workload with new frequency limits scheduling rules. Set how many sessions you allow per day or week and Introwise will automatically mark dates as unavailable when your workload hits this limit.

  3. 🚚 Export of session bookings and clients

    Improvement

    CSV export is now available for session attendance and the clients database. Take your data elsewhere or do some data crunching in Excel with a single export.

    If you need to do more frequent syncing we recommend setting up a Zapier integration with a trigger on new bookings. So it is automated and in real-time!

  4. 💶 Granular payment account selection

    Improvement

    Now you can choose which specific payment account should be used for collecting payments on each specific service/series/package.

    If some of your services require offline payments, you can choose a "No payment processing" option for them, while keeping the payment processing active on others.

    Or you might want to set your low-price offers to PayPal to get faster access to your funds and provide faster checkout experience, while setting your high-ticket packages to Stripe to get advantage of the better processing fees.

  5. 📧 Custom email notes and follow-ups automation

    Sending custom email notes and follow-ups before and after the session is now possible with Introwise Workflows, no extra integrations needed!

    Some of the ideas on how you can use this new feature right now:

    1. Send additional resources before the session: worksheets, downloadable materials.
    2. Record a welcome/intro video and send a link to it right after booking.
    3. Remind clients to book another session a few days after the previous one.
    4. Send a thank you note with links to your paid services after the discovery call.

  6. 💰 Payment plans for packages

    New Feature

    Packages are a great way to ensure a stable revenue stream, but sometimes paying the full price upfront is not feasible for your clients.

    With the new Payment plans feature you can easily let clients book long-term packaged offers with you, but pay in convenient regular monthly payments.

    💰 Monthly payment plans for packages

    An option to set a price for a package as N monthly equal payments. Clients will pay the first month's payment on booking, and Introwise will save their payment details and charge them automatically on subsequent months. Packages that last multiple months might be too expensive for clients to pay outright. Or even when they can pay in full, spreading payments over time might be more convenient. This feature would help with both. Note that this is different from a subscription, as clients commit to the full package price and length in advance and get access to the full package right after booking. It's only an option to spread the full price over equal installments.

    Introwise stores the client's payment method securely and charges it automatically when the payment is due, all while handling payment failures and retries, so you don't have to.

  7. 🎨 Dynamic color theme on the booking page

    Your booking page colors now automagically match your branding based on your page's cover image🪄

    Want a different look? Simply try a different cover and Introwise will pick the best color scheme to match.

    Want more control over your branding? Upgrade to the Growth or Pro plans to fully control your custom colors, or even host your page on a custom domain.

  8. 📦 Booked packages editing

    Improvement

    Sometimes you might need to adjust what is included in the package after it has already been booked and used by the client. Add something extra as a courtesy, account for a session that you've held offline, or adjust the package to better suit the client's needs.

    Now you can easily change the included services and series in a booked package. Simply go to the booked package dashboard and click "Edit package".

  9. ✨ Zapier actions in Workflows

    New Feature

    Building custom powerful automations that run exactly on time is now easier than ever with the latest addition to Introwise Workflows!

    Now you can let your workflows trigger custom automation actions in Zapier. Introwise controls when something should happen, and Zapier controls what should happen.

    Some examples of automations that you can build:

    • Send a thank you note from your business email account with a discount to book the next session 10 minutes after the session ends
    • Create and send a pre-session Google Form questionnaire 1 day before the session
    • Add a new Notion page for the client immediately after a discovery call booking
    • ...and more!

    Custom automation actions in workflows let you automate timed actions without using complex Zapier delays and schedules, and also handle cancellations and rescheduling automatically.

  10. 📍 Custom session locations

    New Feature

    You can now add your own custom locations for your sessions: use a URL to a virtual webinar platform, a physical address, or custom instructions to meet you.

    You can also choose which location to use (Introwise Call/Zoom/Custom) for each individual service, series, or a one-time group session. If you're offering both offline and online services, or using multiple conferencing tools, then you'll find this new feature useful.

    Option to add a location

    For mixed business - online and in person, it would be great to be able to offer the option to book an online call or a personal meeting at a physical location.
