  1. Ask client to reschedule - instead of canceling

Maybe this is overkill but I found some cases where I wanted to cancel a session, but wanted my client to see a "Reschedule" message and link instead. I imagine this could be a button next to the cancel button, and could say something like "Ask client to reschedule". It would be easier for them instead of digging up the schedulink link again (but maybe it is in the cancellation email πŸ€” I never checked sorry πŸ˜…) And also the message would be less alarming. instead of "has been cancelled" something like, "please reschedule" I imagine it could be useful forthose who handle payments through Introwise as well.

  2. ⏰ Session reminders for clients

Clients could receive email reminders about their upcoming session, e.g. an hour, or a day in advance. They already receive a confirmation with a calendar invite, but if the session is way too far in the future, then an additional reminder might be useful.

  3. πŸ—“οΈ Maximum allowed sessions per day

Limit how many sessions can be scheduled in a day. Important for keeping a manageable workload and ensuring that your sessions are spread throughout the week more evenly. It would be good if these limits can be setup per service as well.

  4. 🎨 Custom branding on session pages

Currently session pages are branded with Introwise colors and logo. It would be good if the custom branding settings from the booking page and the logo would apply to session pages as well.

  5. Option to add a location

For mixed business - online and in person, it would be great to be able to offer the option to book an online call or a personal meeting at a physical location.

  7. GDPR compliant

How do I make Introwise GDPR compliant? I only see links to the Introwise site. I can't find any selection fields or the option to link to my impressum page or my data protection page. Since there are also other users from Europe, I am happy about integration possibilities and/or tips on how to proceed here.

  8. πŸ’Έ Limit a discount code to a particular client

Only allow redeeming a discount code by a certain client (email address). Could help avoid discount codes abuse when a unique code meant for a particular client is shared with someone else.

  11. Recurring Dates for Group Sessions

Can you add recurring dates for Group Sessions? This would be invaluable for group coaching or workshops that span several days. I often to group coaching events where it is 12 weeks. It could be worked around with Zoom, but I think this is a good idea for upleveling this offering.

  12. User View of Appointments - cards vs. entire calendar

The entire calendar being visible is confusing and you see all the UNAVAILALBE times - and that doesn't read well to the end user... It shared much more information than they need to make a decision. Most scheduling systems have moved to a card system where you select the days and times available - easier to see and make a decision.

  13. πŸ–ΌοΈ Selling digital products

Many coaches and consultant complement their live practice with selling digital products, e.g. books, templates, videos, etc. An ability to sell those on Introwise will makes it easier for experts and their clients to sell and but those.

  14. πŸ“§ Allow clients to reply to automatic notifications

Sometimes a client may mistake the notification email address (noreply@introwise.com) with your personal email address and reply to that email notification. Right now, Introwise team monitors this email and forward those replies as necessary, but this is a less than ideal and confusing experience for both parties. We're experimenting with a few ways to let your clients connect with you more directly: For example, your account email address can automatically be added as a ReplyTo to every notification. This is similar to other scheduling services but exposes your email to anyone who books a session with you. Or alternatively, Introwise can relay using a special private email address. Your clients will be able to reply to notifications as to any other email, but without knowing your real email address. You, as an expert will receive the relayed message to your account email address and can decide to answer it or not. If you'd like to see a feature like this, please let us know! You will be the first to check it out and your feedback is highly appreciated!

  15. πŸ“¦Scheduling sessions from a package manually

An ability for the expert to schedule sessions for clients who bought a package. Since they already paid for these sessions and provided all the info the expert can safely schedule the next session for them, e.g. schedule the next one while they are on the call, or schedule them based on some pre-existing agreement.
